The problem it solves
A physical store lacks what an online store takes for granted: knowing where a customer stops, and what they looked at then left behind.
The solution
Movement paths are analysed from store cameras without storing any personally identifying data, producing heat maps that guide shelf and display layout.
Impact
A prototype trialled in two branches, noticeably lifting promotional shelf sales after a layout change.
