Short training courses
A full (100%) refund when cancelling seven or more days before the start date.
A 50% refund when cancelling within seven days but before the course begins.
No refund after a course begins, though you may transfer your seat to a later cohort once within six months.
Academic diplomas
A full refund up to two weeks before the semester begins.
A 70% refund during the first week of the semester, and 40% during the second week.
No refund after the second week; enrolment may be deferred by one semester on written request.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel or postpone a programme for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund with no deduction, or transfer to another cohort.
Refunds are returned by the same method of payment within 14 business days at most.
